ETCO is a Pakistan-based business that's been operating since 2009. We sell our products through our website, but orders themselves are taken and confirmed over WhatsApp this has worked well for us and our customers over the years, as it lets us deal with people directly rather than through automated systems.

You can browse our products on the website, and once you've decided what you want, simply message us on WhatsApp to place your order. One of our team members will confirm availability, pricing, and any other details with you directly.

We do reserve the right to decline or cancel an order this doesn't happen often, but it can occur if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we have genuine concerns about the order.

We don't take payments through the website itself there's no online checkout or payment gateway. All payments are arranged directly over WhatsApp, and we require full payment in advance before your order is processed and shipped.

Please double-check the payment amount and details before sending if there's a mistake on the payment from your side, we're not able to take responsibility for that, so it's worth a quick check before confirming.

Once payment is confirmed, we'll let you know an expected delivery timeframe over WhatsApp. This can vary a bit depending on your location and the courier service handling the delivery. Things like weather, courier delays, or other situations outside our control can sometimes push delivery back a little we'll do our best to keep you updated if that happens.

We try to be fair and reasonable here:

• If we made a mistake wrong item sent, something defective, a genuine error on our end — we'll make it right, at no extra cost to you.
• If the order is correct on our end and the issue is something like changing your mind or ordering the wrong item by mistake, we're not able to offer a return or refund.

If something's wrong with your order, please reach out to us on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of receiving it, along with a photo or video showing the issue, so we can sort it out quickly.

We do our best to keep product details, pricing, and photos on our website accurate and up to date. That said, small differences can happen colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and there can occasionally be minor variations between batches. If you're ever unsure about something before ordering, just ask us on WhatsApp and we'll clarify.

When you message us to place an order, please make sure the details you give us your name, phone number, delivery address are correct. If a delivery fails or goes to the wrong place because of incorrect information given to us, we won't be able to take responsibility for that.

We work hard to get every order right, but ETCO can't be held responsible for indirect losses or inconvenience arising from delays, courier issues, or similar circumstances beyond our control except where the mistake is clearly ours, in which case Section 05 above applies.

Everything on our website text, images, logos, and design belongs to ETCO. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking us first.

We may update these terms from time to time as our business grows or processes change. We'd recommend checking back occasionally, especially before placing a new order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
